He works with clients, consultants and trades to solve issues early, keep communication clear and maintain a strong focus on quality, programme and delivery. As the Managing Director of Archon Building Group, Daniel plays a key role in shaping the way the business operates by combining the systems and discipline gained from larger construction environments with the personal service and accountability of a smaller builder. His focus is on building long term client relationships and delivering a seamless construction experience that is practical, transparent and well managed from early planning right through to handover.
Project Manager
Brad has been with Archon Building Group since its inception, working closely with Dan to help establish and grow the company into a trusted name in the construction industry. As both a Project Manager and Contract Administrator, Bradley contributes significantly to the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial, and large-scale developments. Bradley’s role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, procurement, on-site coordination, and final delivery. He also manages contracts with precision, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and keeping projects running smoothly. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, Bradley is a dependable team member who strives to support the company’s vision and goals. Focused on building strong relationships, Bradley works closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure every project meets expectations.
