What types of projects does Archon take on?
Our focus is commercial and industrial new builds, refurbishments, fitouts and remediation works, with Design and Construct capability and a selective approach to complex residential projects. If you are unsure whether your project fits, send us the details and we can discuss the scope.
Do you work with client-side project managers, architects and consultants?
Yes. We work with project managers, architects and consultant teams, keeping responsibilities clear and coordinating the work around the project and operational requirements.
Can you get involved before the design is complete?
Yes. Early involvement lets us consider access, existing conditions, sequencing, services and procurement while there is still time to make informed decisions.
Do you offer Design and Construct?
Yes. We work with the relevant designers and consultants, bringing buildability, cost and programme considerations into the design process and carrying the agreed approach through delivery.
Can you plan works around an operating property?
Where a property needs to keep operating, we work through staging, access, services shutdowns and site safety with you before work starts, so the programme reflects how the property is used.
What residential projects do you take on?
We take a selective approach to residential work, from custom homes, extensions and major renovations through to architecturally designed homes on challenging or sloping blocks, which is a particular strength of ours.

We are based on the Gold Coast and work across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
